“I wanted to let you know about the wonderful experience I had”! The company I work for held its annual meeting in New Orleans in May. This meeting is a very important event for us – it is the only time the entire company comes together and has a chance to see one another. I’m in charge of organizing everything and making sure that everyone has fun (there is a BIG emphasis on having fun).

I have never been to New Orleans before so I was starting from scratch. I found The Embers information on a web site listing restaurants in New Orleans. I had already decided on another restaurant, but decided upon the Embers – what a lucky break for me. Not only were the dinner plans perfect, but also everything else was that I needed to make the night a huge success! I could not believe the dedication of your staff. They made sure that we had everything that we needed and that everyone was having a good time. I had a couple of people with special needs for dinner and your staff took care of them very well and nothing was ever a problem.
