A truly authentic New Orleans dish! Red Kidney Beans slowly cooked for hours with just the right amount of spices and seasonings, and served over rice with Smoked Sausage.

No visit would be complete without a bowl of gumbo prepared with fresh Gulf seafood.

Jammin’ Jambalaya
Our Jambalaya starts by sautéing onions, bell peppers, celery, chicken and sausage, then our blend of Cajun seasonings are added and cooked with rice.

Fried Oysters, Catfish and Shrimp
We proudly serve 100% American Catfish and fresh Gulf Oysters and Shrimp. We use our own special blend of spices and batter to fry our seafood to a golden perfection.

Creole Chicken
A mix of vegetables are sautéed then slowly cooked with chicken and Creole seasonings.

Shrimp and Crawfish Etouffeé
A dark roux is added to sautéed onions, bell peppers and celery and cooked with Fresh Gulf Shrimp, Louisiana Crawfish and Cajun spices.

Marinated Steak and Chicken Kabobs in a Creole Sauce
Marinated Pieces of Tenderloin, Chicken and Vegetables broiled and served in a special Creole Sauce prepared with onions and bell peppers.

Chicken Drummets
Seasoned chicken, battered and deep fried.

Hush Puppies
Southern style hush puppies prepared from a lightly seasoned corn batter and deep fried until golden brown.

Bar-B-Q Beef
Tender pieces of marinated beef and slowly bar-b-qued with a tangy hickory sauce and served with New Orleans Pistolets.

The grand buffet lasts from 11AM to 6PM. This also includes an Open Bar with Beer, Wine, Sodas, Bottled Water, Tea and Coffee that will last until 10PM. To ensure that everyone is comfortable and the balcony is not overcrowded, we will only take reservations for 150 people. Space is extremely, so make your reservations now. Call (504) 595-3172.
